Thought Leadership and Networking Opportunities

Unique occasions to showcase your team as influential opinion leaders in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Innovation Theater Presentations*

Showcase your solutions in one of two Innovation Theaters located in the Exhibit Hall. DIA will promote your 30-minute presentation in the Program Agenda, Exhibit Hall announcements, signage, mobile app push notifications, and select DIA marketing communications. Each Innovation Theater is a semi-enclosed area with a stage, lectern, projector screen, internet, and seats up to 100 attendees. Refreshments will be provided during your presentation. Time slots are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and Prime Time presentations run unopposed to DIA education programing. Currently sponsors are limited to three presentations (must be non-concurrent).

Monday Reception Co-Host*

Spotlight your company by co-hosting the Monday Reception with DIA. Make a statement at the event's first social event and gain recognition from all attendees as they network in the Exhibit Hall. Benefits include your company’s branding in the reception area, plus recognition in the mobile app, select DIA marketing communications, and the DIA 2021 Global Annual Meeting website.

*Sponsor has the option to provide branded napkins, mints, and/or aprons for wait staff to wear with their uniform at the reception.

Coffee Break*

Offer DIA 2022 Global Annual Meeting attendees a much-needed coffee break so they have the energy they need for the rest of the day. Coffee breaks are 60 minutes and offered in the Exhibit Hall. Your company will be recognized in the mobile app, Program Agenda, signage, and table clings on cocktail tables in break areas. Includes two break areas on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

*Sponsor has the option to provide branded napkins and/or branded cups/sleeves for the coffee breaks.

Private Meeting Rooms*

Need additional space for private meetings? Located in the McCormick Place West Building Level 1, Private Meeting Rooms are a great option to host staff or client meetings, breakfast sessions, evening receptions, and other events. Rooms include an initial standard room set, entrance sign, and meeting room key. Exhibitor is responsible for resets and coordination of and costs for additional furniture and services (e.g. electric, internet, food and beverage, etc.). Attendee events held during event hours are limited to 20 people.

Business Suites

Need a place to meet? Conveniently located inside the Exhibit Hall, Business Suites are the perfect setting for staff briefings or business development meetings. These private, hard-walled rooms come with your company's branding on the door and are available whenever the Exhibit Hall is open (Sunday is also available for exhibitor/booth personnel only). Rooms are unfurnished. Exhibitor is responsible for coordination of and costs for additional furniture and services (e.g. electric, internet, food and beverage, etc.).

Attendee Lounges*

Available for duration of the DIA 2022 Global Annual Meeting, Attendee Lounges will boast your company’s name and allow space for attendees to recharge and network. Attendee Lounges are located on the session room level and will include comfortable seating, branded pillows on benches, your band on custom column graphics, and a literature/promotional item bin for you to stock.

Garrett Popcorn*

Garrett Popcorn is a classic Chicago favorite! Offer attendees a bag of this popular snack as they take a quick break in between sessions (while supplies last). DIA will set up a Garrett Popcorn cart adjacent to the Exhibit Hall entrance on Level 3 each afternoon.

Benefits include signage near the Garrett Popcorn cart station, logo recognition on 500 popcorn bags (provided by DIA), and recognition in push notifications, social media mentions, and the daily attendee email.

Opening Plenary Session: Morning Networking Brew

Morning Networking Brew for Opening Plenary Session

DIA Media Studio

As a sponsor of the DIA Media Studio, you will have an opportunity to interview a Key Opinion Leader in the life sciences industry that is presenting at DIA 2022. Your interview will be posted on the DIA YouTube and DIA Podcast channels and your company’s branding will appear on the DIA Media Studio door and videos. DIA will also recognize your participation in select marketing communications to attendees.

Put your company’s branding in front of attendees during their daily commute to and from the Convention Center. Choose from branded headrest covers, side ribbon banner ads on both sides of each bus, or video. Your company’s logo will also be included on all shuttle route signage.
